1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 5l2t website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by 5l2t ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 5l2t ("the Operator"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

5l2t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use 5l2t, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Minors, individuals under guardianship, and persons legally incapacitated from contracting may not use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point when requested by 5l2t for KYC verification purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, contractor, or family member of a 5l2t employee, where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest in relation to betting or gaming activities on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 5l2t. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — are prohibited. 5l2t reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and to confiscate any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 5l2t support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 5l2t may implement a temporary account freeze on your request while an investigation is conducted.
• 5l2t will never contact a player by any channel to request their account password. Any communication purporting to be from 5l2t that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 5l2t will attempt to contact the player before any dormant account charges are applied. Dormant account fee schedules are published in the FAQ section of the Platform.

5l2t conducts identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit a copy of a national identity document, passport, or other official identification at any stage. Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may be restricted or permanently closed at 5l2t's sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5l2t processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, accessible deposits and withdrawals for players across Bangladesh:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These amounts may be subject to change; current minimum amounts are always published in the FAQ section.
• Deposits are credited to your 5l2t wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Where a delay occurs due to a third-party payment provider issue, 5l2t will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours of a player support request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 5l2t within one business day of the request being submitted, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no hold flags exist on the account.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit into your 5l2t account, or to a payment method registered in the same name as your 5l2t account, subject to verification. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 5l2t reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending completion of enhanced due diligence where required by applicable standards.

Currency conversion is not applicable at 5l2t. All player balances, bets, winnings, and promotional credits are denominated exclusively in BDT. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by their local jurisdiction on gambling winnings. 5l2t does not provide tax advice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5l2t offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game restrictions, and validity periods. These individual bonus terms are published at the point of offer and take precedence over any general statements made elsewhere about bonuses.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus credit before the applicable rollover condition has been met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• 5l2t reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications to an active bonus will not affect the terms applicable to a bonus already claimed by a player prior to the modification.
• Players who 5l2t reasonably suspects of abusing bonus programmes — including but not limited to exploiting offers through multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to circumvent rollover requirements, or other arbitrage strategies — may have their bonus entitlement cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, regardless of how many accounts they may attempt to create. Duplicate account attempts to reclaim welcome bonuses will result in permanent account termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5l2t. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, confiscation of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 5l2t is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Registering, attempting to register, or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform features in a manner not sanctioned by 5l2t.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or glitches, or engaging in any form of cheating that provides an unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 5l2t at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, payment requests, or customer support interactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5l2t Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive property of 5l2t or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 5l2t content without the prior express written permission of 5l2t.

The 5l2t name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any advertising, promotional material, or online content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5l2t excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. This exclusion applies whether such losses are direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, and includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to place a wager, irrespective of the outcome of that wager. Gambling involves risk; players accept that risk in full when they place any bet on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by factors outside 5l2t's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from sharing credentials with a third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

5l2t is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides every registered player with access to the following self-service responsible gaming tools: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and full self-exclusion. These tools are available at no cost from the account dashboard and do not require contacting support to activate.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 5l2t, players are required to first contact the 5l2t support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than 14 days — for 5l2t to investigate and respond. 5l2t aims to resolve all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. 11. Amendments to These Terms

5l2t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 5l2t will provide advance notice of not less than 7 days via the contact details registered to a player's account before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact details — may be made at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version in force.
